Please fill out the New Client Questionnaire and Client Agreement. We will have brief phone call to discuss your needs and how I can best work with you to achieve your goals.
Telehealth for Patients in GA, NY, MA, & PA
I offer in person and telehealth in Savannah and telehealth in NY, MA and PA. My intake sessions are 60 minutes and my follow-up sessions are 45 or 60 minutes determined by me.
Professional Fees
Private Pay Only
Session Fee: $250
Payment is due at the beginning of each session. I accept credit cards, cash or Venmo.

Things come up
If you need me between our regularly scheduled sessions, please email or call me. I will return you email or call within 24 to 8 hours. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or crisis line 988. I am not a crisis practitioner.
Cancellation
Prior to 48hrs without fee. If you cancel in less than 48 hours you will be charged $150 on your credit card on file.

Monday- Thursday 11:00AM - 6:00PM, sessions outside office hours can be discussed.
